We understand that occasionally, returns may be necessary, and we want to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.

Return Conditions

• Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Product Condition: To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact, and in resalable condition.

• Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase (receipt or email invoice) is required to process the return.

• Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns on:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items.

  • Custom-made or special order products.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs range from $11.99 to $29.99, as indicated on the product page. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. If the return is due to an error on our part, the return shipping will be covered by Easy Flooring Orlando.

 

Refunds

Once the returned product arrives at our distribution center, it will be carefully inspected. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be for the product price, excluding original shipping fees, which are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend returning the product and making a new purchase for the desired item.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. Easy Flooring Orlando is committed to resolving the issue at no additional cost to you. Return shipping will be free in such cases, and the item will be replaced or refunded, as per your preference.

• Late Returns: Products returned after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

• Customer Damaged Products: Items with damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or alterations made by the customer will not be accepted for return.
